Qualifications

• University degree required.
• DELTA/TESOL certification preferred.
• Experience leading EFL teaching teams.
• Familiarity with British Council/inspection criteria is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Senior Teachers and EFL Teachers, monitor performance, and conduct appraisals.
• Ensure delivery of an outstanding academic programme via lesson plan checks and classroom observations.
• Oversee placement tests and correct class placement for new students.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales and academic teams to support inspections and reporting.
