Job summary

ANGLO is seeking Teaching Managers to oversee teaching teams at multiple UK campuses, including Exeter, Guildford, Warwick, Portsmouth, Stirling, Uxbridge and Richmond. You will supervise academic staff, manage academic administration, and ensure high-quality student learning experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of under-18 teaching experience, strong IT skills (Excel, Google Drive) and proven CPD delivery abilities, with DBS clearance expected.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• 3 years' experience teaching under-18s.
• Experience conducting lesson observations and delivering CPD.
• Advanced IT skills, including Excel, Google Drive and classroom technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the teaching team and provide ongoing support to staff.
• Lead/participate in the teaching induction process and CPD sessions.
• Manage academic administration such as registers and student reports.
• Complete timesheets for teachers.
• Ensure students get the best possible learning experience.
