Concorde International is seeking an exceptional EFL leader and course designer to transform the school’s academic portfolio and operations in the UK. Reporting to the Principal, you will steer curricula development, CPD, and quality assurance, influencing strategic learning and teaching across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong ELT expertise, extensive leadership experience, and a track record of delivering high-quality language education in adult and junior contexts.

Formación

• Qualified in DELTA/DipTESOL or Level 7 TESOL with a recognised degree.
• Proven leadership of English language teaching teams and curricula.
• Extensive experience in academic provision management and QA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead curriculum design and CPD activity for EFL teachers.
• Oversee academic operations across multi-site contexts.
• Drive quality assurance and accreditation readiness with external bodies.
• Shape strategic learning and teaching visions in ELT.
