Job summary

Saffery is a partner-led and people-focused firm of chartered accountants, tax and business advisers. This ACA trainee programme in Leeds offers three years of structured training with first-class tuition and on-the-job learning.

You’ll work on financial statements, management accounts and client data using a range of systems, while developing professional judgement and client communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree (any discipline).
• 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels/Highers.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 6/B or higher.
• AAT Level 4 exemptions; otherwise ACA syllabus required.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing financial statements, management accounts and related analysis.
• Work with client financial data using a range of accounting systems and tools.
• Assist with resolving day-to-day accounting queries as you gain experience.
• Prepare accurate, high-quality work for review by senior team members.

Education
