Job summary

Pitkin & Ruddock Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our expanding team across Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire with occasional travel further afield. You’ll install top-tier air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a wide range of clients.

We value a proactive, team-focused engineer with at least 2 years’ experience, F-Gas certification (2079), and a full UK driving licence. You’ll join a family-owned company that supports ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in air conditioning and refrigeration installation.
• City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in HVAC.
• F-Gas certification (2079).
• Flexible, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems to high standards.
• Support and mentor junior engineers and trainees.
• Complete documentation and provide feedback to management.
• Prioritise health and safety in every project.

You'll be travelling across the Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and occasionally further afield, installing top-tier air conditioning and refrigeration systems for a wide range of clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers and trainees.
• Completing documentation and providing valuable feedback to management.
• Delivering work to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years' experience in air conditioning and refrigeration installation.
• Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• F-Gas certification (City & Guilds 2079).
• A flexible, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• A team player who can also work independently.
