AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Berkshire Area – Multi-Site - £40,000 - £44,500 per annum - No call out

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract around the Berkshire area. Site areas include Reading, Winnersh, Slough, and Langley. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is looking for a local role. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,500.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
2. Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
3. Planned and reactive maintenance
4. Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

1. Basic Salary of up to £44,500
2. Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
3. 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
4. Electric van provided

Requirements

1. AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
2. F-Gas qualification (Essential)
3. Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
4. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
5. Multi-skilled
6. Good communication skills
7. Client Facing
