Mobile AC Engineer – London – 40 – 45K + Travel

There is a new opportunity for an experienced AC engineer to join us with a client portfolio consisting of Commercial properties. Our company is based in Kent and has been operating successfully across the UK for over 15 years. We now employ over 30 engineers and are continuously growing. This role is suitable for a fully qualified AC Engineer with a strong background in servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns, seeking a fast-paced industry role. Ideally, candidates should be based around or inside the M25.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work, including fault finding, testing, repairs, and preventative maintenance of VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Multi Splits, AHU's / Fans (Ventilation systems). Support other building services duties as needed.
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation.
• Participating in a call-out rota and attending site emergencies outside normal hours.
• Completing tasks at heights using platforms, scaffolding, ladders; all access equipment and PPE provided.

Salary & Package:

• £40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
• Travel time paid after half an hour of travel
• Parking & congestion charges paid
• Company van and fuel card with private use
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
• Overtime paid after 9.5 hours (door-to-door) at time and a half; double pay on Sundays and bank holidays; bank holidays off in lieu.
• On-call rota (1 in 4/5) with £110 weekly retainer

The Person:

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• FGAS 2079 Cat 1 certification
• NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (preferred)

• Strong service, fault finding, and repair skills
