As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you'll travel across commercial sites throughout the North West, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of air conditioning and HVAC equipment.
You'll be responsible for servicing systems, diagnosing faults, completing repairs and ensuring equipment continues to operate efficiently and reliably.
Alongside your maintenance responsibilities, you'll also support project and installation works, including system replacements, upgrades and new AC installations.

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong commercial maintenance background who is also comfortable getting involved with installation and project work.

Experience with split, multi-split and VRV/VRF systems
Strong fault-finding and repair skills
Comfortable undertaking AC installation/project works

Good customer-facing and communication skills

The position is predominantly a daytime role, but some installation and project works need to be completed outside normal customer operating hours.
Candidates must therefore be prepared to work occasional nights, potentially around three nights per month.
Where required, these are likely to be completed as a block of approximately three consecutive nights, rather than regular individual night shifts throughout the month.
This is not a permanent night position, but candidates must be comfortable with this level of flexibility before applying.
This position should particularly suit an engineer who doesn't want to spend every day carrying out routine PPMs.
You'll have a mixture of:
Planned AC maintenance

Fault finding and repairs
Remedial works
AC installations
Equipment replacements
System upgrades
Project works
You'll be joining an established national Facilities Management provider, offering the stability of a large FM business alongside a varied workload and opportunities for continued training and career development.
