Arcus FM Limited is seeking a skilled AC-bias Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to cover planned and reactive maintenance across a Bristol-based portfolio. You’ll diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems and respond to emergencies, delivering first-class service across multiple sites.

Ideally you hold an apprenticeship or qualification in M&E, with essential F-Gas certification and UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• Essential Qualifications: F-Gas.
• Desirable Qualifications: 18th Edition, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
• Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• IT proficiency and ability to manage workload effectively.

Responsabilités

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites.
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers.
