Job summary

Kion Group AG is seeking an ABU Project Engineer to help customers optimise in-house material flows from a home-based setup, with significant travel across the UK and Europe. You will work with Sales Managers to validate budgets, align specifications, and develop logistics concepts for automated solutions such as AGV/AMR.

The role requires strong English communication, an international mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented approach, plus willingness to travel and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or Diploma degree in engineering, computer science, logistics or similar education.
• Good communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and hold a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales in bid phases and validate budgets and scope.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional bid activities to meet deadlines.
• Develop logistics concepts for AGV/AMR solutions and related offerings.
• Provide technical support to field engineers and ensure customer requirements are met.
