Job summary

CFMS is seeking an ABM Manager to turn world-class digital engineering into long-term partnerships. You will design and run account-based programmes across aerospace, transport, energy and infrastructure, collaborating with researchers, business development and leadership to make complex technology clear and compelling.

This hands-on, full-time role is onsite at Bristol/Bath Science Park, Bristol, 37 hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in ABM.
• Experience marketing complex technical products to senior buyers.
• Proven track record with named accounts and pipeline results.
• Hands-on CRM use and ABM or intent data platforms.
• Strong writing skills turning technical material into persuasive content.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the ABM strategy for named accounts.
• Map buying groups inside each account and run campaigns.
• Track engagement, pipeline influence, and account progression.
• Collaborate with researchers, business development and leadership.
