Job summary

The Company is seeking an ABL Analyst to support its Asset Based Lending portfolio by working with the sales team to assess, progress and convert new business opportunities. The role provides analytical and commercial support across origination, credit underwriting and onboarding to ensure opportunities are evaluated accurately and delivered in line with transactional objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills to read and present financial statements clearly.
• Experience in ABL/Invoice Finance or financial services preferred; other corporate finance backgrounds considered.
• ACA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work under time pressure, and a team player.
• Excellent client-focused communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support presentation of potential ABL clients and assist in sales, credit/underwriting and onboarding of clients.
• Engage with introducers (Debt Advisors, Lawyers, other lenders, PE firms) to generate opportunities.
• Identify and engage potential clients; contact via email/phone and log activities in CRM.
• Prepare pitches and credit submissions for presentation to credit committee following procedures.
• Ensure high-quality, accurate processing of proposals in line with client needs.
• Maintain pipeline and ensure administration on internal systems for fair treatment of customers.
