Job summary

We are looking for ABA Tutors to join specialist SEN settings across Halifax, supporting pupils who benefit from structured, consistent, and individualised approaches to their education.

The Role… ABA Tutors

Working as an ABA Tutor in Halifax, you will provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils work towards their individual learning, communication, and developmental goals.

You’ll use your knowledge of ABA approaches to encourage positive engagement, develop communication and social interaction, and support pupils to become increasingly independent. Working alongside teachers and wider SEN teams, you’ll adapt activities to each pupil and provide the consistency they need to make progress.

Your role may include:

• Providing individualised one-to-one and small-group interventions
• Supporting pupils with autism, communication differences, and additional needs
