Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices accurately and timely.
• Raise and post sales invoices.
• Post and reconcile credit card receipts and monitor expenditure.
• Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain supplier credit account forms and subcontractor payments.
• Learn CIS processes and assist with CIS administration.
• Support month-end processes and general admin duties.
