Job summary

Lawtech Group Ltd. is offering an Apprentice Accounts Assistant role to develop practical accounting knowledge while working towards AAT Level 2. You will gain hands-on experience across Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Cash Book in a busy finance function.

Under supervision, you will learn to process invoices, support project accounting, and assist with month-end tasks while developing strong organisational and communication skills for a career in finance.

Qualifications

• AAT Level 2 training planned with structured programme.
• Strong interest in accounting processes across ledgers and cash book.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist Purchase Ledger, check invoices against PO and raise issues.
• Support Sales Ledger and Cash Book entries under supervision.
• Assist Credit Control and credit checks to support cash collection.
• Provide general support to the Accounts Department during peak times.
