You will be reporting to the Head of A&D, we are they are looking for a passionate A&D Sales candidate who will carry out A&D marketing and communication to the UK South Architecture and Design community. This requires you to be a self-starter, motivated and a go getter with a strong work-ethic. You need to show self-initiative, be a critical thinker and drive forward new or existing relationships with Architecture and Designers in the industry to help support sales.

Sales
- Responsible for delivering individual targeted revenue with a focus on profit.
- Alongside the Head of A&D, create and manage own strategy for new business development in order to meet individual sales pipeline and targeted revenue.
- Mentor and work together with other A&D team members to establish key relationships within practices and generate new sales opportunities from the A&D market, to support line manager in achieving A&D sales objectives.
- Accurate reporting on CRM for all sales activity, including order intake & sales forecast.
- Focus on maximising margins.
- Respect of all colleagues, departments, and the business at all times.
- Follow best practice at all times.
- A focus on following business processes at all times
- Focus on utilising wider company resource where relevant and only as required.
- Work collaboratively across teams. Whilst targets will be set based on the A&D division, there is to be a selling focus on all business offers and regions.
- Regular project reporting and updates to line manager, Head of A&D.
- Regular project meetings with your team, supporting team members on specific opportunities and on specific tasks where needed.
- Networking and attending events both during and outside of working hours is a prerequisite of the role.
- Supporting line manager Head of A&D and working with marketing team to plan and drive A&D events, create targeted attendee lists and use A&D budget responsibly.
Skills
- Self-starter, with strong time management, organisation and project management skills
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, make final and accurate decisions
- Experience mentoring and coaching other members of the team to achieve sales targets
