Villeroy & Boch Group seeks a results-driven sales professional to cultivate relationships with architects and designers in the A&D community and grow project pipelines in London and surrounding markets.

You will lead technical product discussions, deliver tailored solutions for commercial projects, and manage the full sales cycle from initial specification to project completion, upholding professionalism and accountability.

Formación

• 3–5 years in sales, account management, or business development within architecture, design or construction, focusing on interior products for commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of A&D market and specification routes to market for commercial spaces.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, managing complex cycles and targets.
• Knowledge of interior products, sustainability and design considerations for commercial projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver project success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with client-facing presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Demonstrate growth in market share and project pipeline.
• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
• Use Salesforce to track project pipeline and activity.
• Conduct sales presentations in client meetings.
• Expand industry and product knowledge continuously.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Identify and target new A&D accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Provide expert product advice and technical support.
• Monitor industry trends and market demands.
