Artic Building Services is seeking an experienced A/C Installation Engineer to lead installation projects in London and surrounding areas. You will install, commission and test systems, ensuring safety and compliance with specifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of A/C installation experience, relevant qualifications including F-Gas, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A full UK driving licence is preferred for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of A/C installation experience.
• F-Gas certified air-conditioning qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of installation methods and commissioning.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good health and safety understanding.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission and test a range of air-conditioning systems.
• Ensure installations comply with manufacturers' instructions and project specs.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and complete site documentation.
• Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
• Support maintenance and service activities when required.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and effectively.

• Mentor less-experienced team members and promote good practices.

A/C Installation Engineer

Company: Artic Building Services
Working Hours: 08:00-17:00

Artic Building Services is seeking an experienced and motivated A/C Installation Engineer to be actively involved in air-conditioning installation projects. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission and test a range of air-conditioning systems.
• Ensure installations comply with manufacturers' instructions, project specifications and relevant regulations.
• Maintain high health and safety standards, including completing site documentation and risk assessments on a PDA.
• Identify and resolve installation issues promptly.
• Support maintenance and service activities when required.
• Ensure tools, materials and equipment are used safely and effectively.
• Complete installation records, progress reports and other required documentation.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and promote good working practices.
• Positive attitude "can do, will do".
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of A/C installation experience.
• Relevant air-conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical engineering qualifications including F-Gas
• Strong practical knowledge of A/C installation methods, equipment and commissioning procedures.
• Good working knowledge of maintenance and service activities.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
