Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a 7.5 tonne Home Delivery Driver for Scunthorpe. The role involves multi‑drop deliveries to customers’ rooms of choice and may include installing white goods. You will drive in a safe, compliant manner and work within a two‑person team.

The position requires a valid 7.5t licence (C1), Driver CPC, and a Tachograph card, plus solid customer service skills. Shift Tue–Sat, starting at 6am in Scunthorpe.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 7.5 tonne (C1) licence
• Driver CPC qualification and Tachograph card
• Minimum 12 months 7.5 tonne driving experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop delivery of home and garden furnishings to customers' rooms of choice
• Work in a 2-person team and assist with installation of white goods such as washing machines and dishwashers
• Drive safely and efficiently in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive
• Adhere to health and safety standards and The Highway Code at all times

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Working in a 2-person team, this is a physically demanding role which also includes installation of white goods such as washing machines and dishwashers
• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid 7.5 tonne Driving Licence (C1), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Have 12 months recent 7.5 tonne driving experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
