Job summary

Greencore's Manton 110 site in Worksop is seeking a driver to join our nationwide team. The role involves delivering fresh stock for daily needs, with Sunday to Friday shifts and a rolling rest day. On-the-job training is provided, with potential progression opportunities within Greencore.

You will operate on a shift from 5pm to 7pm, with overtime premiums after 42 hours. A Sunday premium and night-time premium apply to earnings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• At least 6 months of HGV experience (7.5T and/or upwards).

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily stock to retailer depots and customers.
• Be part of Greencore's nationwide driver team delivering millions of customer orders annually.

Job description

ShiftTimes: 5pm to 7pm Start Time

Pay Rate:£16.60 Per Hour (£15.10 base + £1.50 Nero premium)

Premiums:+ £1.15 for Sunday work and + £1.15 for hours worked between 10pm and 6am

Shift Pattern: Sunday to Friday with a rolling rest day

Workload: On average between 10 to 15 drops per day

Overtime:Overtime Premium are payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter

All routes are planned in between 8 to 12 hours long.

Manton 110:

OurManton 110site is a major picking depot in Worksop, employing more than 200 colleagues and operating a fleet of more than 60 vehicles. The depot serves major convenience retailers in the region.

What you'll be doing:

From the simple sandwich to a range of chilled foods, our customers need fresh stock daily and you could be part of our nationwide team making some of those 3.5 million deliveries each year and keeping Britain fed.You would be expected to work five days per week,which would include mandatorySundays. With this shift pattern there will be no Saturday work and working day off as well on rotation.On-the-job training is provided and you will be partnered up with another team member to start with.
