Job summary

Manpower UK in Bristol is looking for reliable 7.5t Drivers to join a leading UK logistics organisation. You will operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes, delivering mail, parcels and freight while meeting schedules and standards.

You’ll perform daily vehicle checks, load and unload, complete paperwork, and maintain clear communication with the operations team. Benefits include 21 days leave, PPE and full workwear, pension, wellbeing resources, and ongoing recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C1 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• 1 year previous 7.5t driving experience within a logistics or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects in line with company procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles safely while ensuring the security of all goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider operations team.
• Follow all road transport legislation, health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Multiple drops per shift, depending on route assigned.
