Job summary

Pertemps Crawley is recruiting a 7.5t driver to join a distribution company delivering across Surrey and South West London. Starting at 6am each morning, you will perform vehicle checks, loading and unloading, and provide excellent customer service on a stable patch.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with regular overtime and some Saturday mornings. You will be employed on a full-time basis with an immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Hold a 7.5t/C1 driving licence.
• Tachograph card and CPC up to date.
• Flexible and willing to work overtime.
• Available to work occasional Saturdays.
• At least 6 months' experience driving HGV/LGV.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and drive the 7.5t vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Deliver to businesses in your patch across Surrey and South West London.
• Load and unload your vehicle at each stop.
• Get to know the regular customers on your route and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete deliveries within your patch and maintain accurate records.

This is a temp to perm opportunity paying £15.61ph. Regular OT available.
