Job summary

Manpower is recruiting reliable 7.5t Drivers to join one of the UK's most recognised logistics and distribution organisations. Based in Bristol, you will operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes, deliver mail and parcels, and complete paperwork with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

This temporary, ongoing role offers competitive hourly pay (£17.02–£26.99) and varied shift patterns. Required are a UK C1 licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, and up to 5 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Valid UK C1 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• 2 years previous 7.5t driving experience in logistics or distribution.
• Strong understanding of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 7.5t vehicles on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and ensure security of goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with the operations team.
• Follow road transport legislation, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Multiple drops per shift depending on route.

What we're looking for
