Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a reliable 7.5T Driver for a role based in Aberdeen. The position is full-time with fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, from 7:15 am to 4:30 pm. You will deliver to regional routes, load/unload goods, and maintain accurate paperwork using handheld scanners.

Applicants must hold a UK Category C1 licence, Driver CPC, and Digi Tacho card, with up to 6 penalty points. Training and uniform are provided, and there is a performance bonus. Salary is £29,094 per annum.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence is required.
• Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD or IN convictions).
• Physically fit and able to perform some manual handling.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Previous 7.5T driving experience essential.
• Knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Ensure deliveries are completed on time and in full.
• Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld scanners.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and driving regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service on delivery.

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional 7.5T Driver to join our client's team based in Aberdeen.

The rate of pay is £29094 per annum.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:

• 7.15 am to 4:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a 7.5T Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe deliveries to our customers, while representing our company to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle to deliver goods across regional routes
• Loading and unloading goods safely
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and in full
• Completing delivery paperwork and using handheld scanners
• Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining compliance with health & safety and driving regulations
• Providing excellent customer service on delivery
