Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our Stewards team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will help maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the kitchen and stewarding areas while supporting high standards of service for our guests.

The role requires working 40 hours per week on a shift rota, with opportunities for growth and development within a renowned luxury property. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as kitchen porter in a stewarding operation within a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your area following hotel cleaning standards and food safety.
• Work with stewarding management on crockery, breakages, chemical distribution, waste disposal and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain food safety by keeping all equipment and F&B areas clean daily.
• Assist the department on a day-to-day basis and comply with COSHH, health & safety standards, and hotel policies.
