Job summary

Vigilant Security is seeking several Guest Service Ambassadors to join The Avenue Shopping Centre in Glasgow. You will welcome visitors, provide 5-Star front-of-house service, and maintain a proactive security presence.

Key duties include greeting clients, patrolling, processing visitor passes, and ensuring safety and confidentiality. A 4-on/4-off shift pattern is in place with opportunities for extra shifts; a car is advantageous due to site location.

Qualifications

• 5 years of verifiable work history.
• First Aid training/certification required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors to provide a warm, professional welcome.
• Carry out regular patrols as required to uphold safety and security.
• Anticipate and respond to client needs with professionalism.
• Provide consistently high-level service and security presence.
• Issue visitor passes following the company’s sign-in/out policies.
• Ensure fire exits are kept clear and report Health & Safety issues.
