Job summary

Babcock offers a four-year Project Management Graduate Apprenticeship combining hands-on work on Royal Navy programmes with academic study towards an MA in Business Management at Heriot-Watt University.

You will rotate through project controls, receive coaching, and complete formal learning to build a career in project management. The programme follows a 70:20:10 development model and prepares you for security clearances while enabling progression through Babcock’s framework.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and reading comprehension.
• Eligibility to obtain BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• Must be resident in Scotland and able to commute to Rosyth.
