Job summary

Babcock is offering a 4-year Project Management Graduate Apprenticeship in the United Kingdom. You’ll work on high-profile defence programmes, including Royal Navy Type 31 frigates and the Submarine Dismantling Programme, while pursuing a postgraduate MA in Business Management with Heriot-Watt University.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in project controls, planning, data-led decision making, and risk management, supported by structured coaching and a formal learning path.

Qualifications

• SQA Highers BBBB including English required.
• A-Levels BBC including English required.
• Int. Baccalaureate 29 points required.
• HNC in relevant subject with B in graded unit preferred.
• Foundation Apprenticeship in Business Skills considered.

Responsibilities

• Support major defence programmes onboarding through project controls.
• Rotate through project controls placements and contribute to live projects.
• Work with experienced professionals and engage in structured development.
