Job summary

Babcock International in the UK offers a four-year Project Management Degree Apprentice programme. You’ll support the planning and delivery of Maintenance Periods for in-service UK submarines, helping manage complex programmes and stakeholder expectations.

Online study towards a BSc in Project Management runs alongside onsite work, building practical skills, leadership, and risk governance. By the end, you’ll be ready to progress to an Assistant Project Manager with clear development

Qualifications

• GCSEs English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
• Three A Levels (or equivalent) in Maths, Science, IT or related subjects.
• BPSS and Security Check clearance eligibility (UK national).

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of Maintenance Periods for in-service submarines.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
