Job summary

Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking a Sheltered Housing Manager for a full-time 35-hour week role in Gloucester. You will lead the housing service for older people across four schemes, ensuring excellent resident experiences and high service standards.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the regulated housing sector and may have experience in supported housing. A Housing Management qualification is encouraged if not already held.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the regulated housing sector.
• Experience in supported housing/extra care settings would be an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake a Housing Management qualification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of housing services.
• Ensure an excellent experience for residents and high service standards.
• Lead our housing service across four schemes in Gloucester.
