Job summary

Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking a Sheltered Housing Manager to lead day-to-day housing services for older residents across four schemes in Gloucester. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) with a starting salary of £32,000 and requires a DBS check and a full, clean driving licence.

The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, maintain high standards, and work within housing policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, clean driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS Check required.
• Experience in housing/older people settings is preferred.
• Positive, proactive approach with ability to work with others.
• Ability to manage own workload and that of a team.
• Understanding of policies, procedures and code of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of housing services for older people across Gloucester schemes.
• Lead the housing service to ensure an excellent experience for residents and high service standards.
• Work within the regulated housing sector and apply best practices.
