Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Contract Operations Manager to lead the Soft Services Contract across London, Duxford and Manchester. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive service quality and ensure contractual obligations are met while guiding a large team of staff.

This is a highly operational role requiring strong organisation, safety leadership, and the ability to deliver against financial targets.

Qualifications

• A good general level of education. Ideally GCSE Maths & English
• IOSH Managing Safely Qualification (Essential)
• BICS License to Practice
• IWFM Qualification (Desirable)
• Knowledge of PC based rostering/ Time and Attendance systems (Timegate)
• Understanding of cleaning schedules, duties for events
• Experience within the public or corporate sectors in a large organization or venue

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the Soft Services Contract across multiple UK sites.
• Lead a team of managers, supervisors, operatives, drivers and porters.
• Ensure health & safety policies and quality standards are consistently met.
• Maintain client relations and report on service delivery and KPIs.
