Qualifications

• Lean, Kaizen and 5S experience in manufacturing environments.
• Proven production leadership within manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and data to resolve production issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Site-based Production Manager responsible for safety, quality and delivery.
• Lead production scheduling and drive continuous improvement (5S / SMED / TPM / Kaizen).
• Develop and motivate a high-performing on-site team.
