Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for a Production Supervisor / Team Lead on a days-based shift to join a rapidly expanding production facility. The role offers full training and progression with Leadership training and Lean qualifications.

You'll manage a skilled team, drive quality, reduce waste and help quadruple production. The position is site based and commutable from Weston-super-Mare, Yatton, Clevedon, Bristol and surrounding areas, with a 37.5 hour week and early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Operator/Team Leader or similar in a production setting.
• Ability to lead a small team, ensure quality standards and manage process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards are achieved and wastage minimised while leading the production team.
• Drive performance, coach staff, and implement lean improvements as the line expands.
