Primary Responsibilities:

• Technologies: Experience with Azure, Office 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, Networking, Cybersecurity
• Resolving Incidents: Address technical issues escalated from 2nd line support.
• Project Rollouts: Implementing projects such as full Office 365 migrations.
• System Maintenance: Conducting updates, troubleshooting network issues, and applying patches.
• User Support: Assisting staff with hardware, software, or internet problems.
• Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider 3rd line support team with complex technical problems and projects.
• Documentation: Logging issues, solutions, and system changes accurately.
