3rd Line Support Engineer | Cheltenham | £40,000
Oscar Technology are working with a leading MSP/Consultancy focused on delivering highly secure IT Infrastructure and Networks for government and defence organisations across the UK. All applicants must either have or be able to obtain SC and/or DV Clearence. They will put you through the process but you most be eligible for it to be considered for the role.
As a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the company's effective delivery of the service desk services. You will work closely with the IT field team to resolve issues and ensure the smooth operation of company and customer systems.
