Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer with client-facing experience for a 3rd Line IT Support role within a UK MSP. The ideal candidate is versatile across multiple technology environments, enjoys both BAU and project work, and possesses excellent communication skills. The role involves working on-site and off-site with minimal overnight stays.

Technical Skills Required:

• Experience with Windows Server 2016-2022 & Virtualisation (Hyper V)
• Knowledge of Office 365, Azure AD, Firewalls/Security
• Comfortable designing new implementations and supporting ongoing projects

Additional Skills (Preferred but not essential):

• VMWare, Cisco networking
• Scripting skills such as PowerShell
• Power BI / Reporting

Salary & Benefits:
