Job summary

Fortis Recruitment Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an MSP in the Amersham area for a 3rd line / escalations engineer to join their helpdesk and support multiple clients with varied technologies. This role is office based, Monday to Friday, with occasional client site visits. You will bring 5 years of 3rd line MSP experience, strong Microsoft 365, Azure, AD and Windows Server skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service and troubleshooting.

Fortis recruitment are working with an MSP in the Amersham area to recruit a 3rd line / escalations engineer to become part of their helpdesk to support multiple clients. All the clients have different technologies that need supporting so have a wide variety of experience is essential.

What we are looking for

• 5 years in a 3rd line role within an MSP
• Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows server skills
• Great customer service
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

This is a Monday - Friday position and will be 100% office based other than an occasional visit to client sites. You will be working within a close-knit team and mentoring the more junior engineers.
