Due to our growth vision, we are recruiting a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant for Morgan Hunt Housing desk, working with clients nationally across the UK.

Salary: £27,000-£33,000 Base (Plus Commission)

Location: London with hybrid working (2-3 days office-based)

The ideal candidate

• Background in sales or recruitment
• Good research skills and a desire to become an expert in your field
• Ability to develop relationships and create rapport with people at all levels, face-to-face and on the phone

Key responsibilities

Candidate management

• Ownership of candidate pool generation through targeted advertising and networking via LinkedIn and other professional media
• Monitoring job boards
• Generating referrals
• Ensuring administrative compliance and building the candidate database
• Providing candidate care before and after placement, maintaining communication standards

Business generation & client management

• Self-motivated to generate new business through cold calls
• Enhancing personal and Morgan Hunt brand
• Prioritizing business opportunities
• Developing client relationships for repeat business
• Maintaining regular contact
• Seeking service reviews proactively
• Meeting deadlines consistently
• Developing sector-specific knowledge
