Qualifications

• Experience in a busy 360 recruitment role is essential.
• Experience in business to business sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• New business development via calls, emails & face-to-face meetings.
• Management of large existing client accounts.
• Advertise active roles through all available means.
• Actively source and qualify candidates.
• Manage the client’s needs and expectations.
• Regularly attend client sites to gauge and improve service levels.
• Maintain strong relationships with workers, clients & colleagues.
• Maintain high levels of compliance.
• Uncapped commission structure based on branch profits, plus bonuses.
