Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive new business development and manage key accounts across engineering, technical, facilities management and manufacturing sectors. Role can be home based or based out of Rotherham/Sheffield, with remote work currently common within the team.

The position offers a clear career ladder, potential for progression to Business Manager within 6–12 months, and an attractive bonus scheme alongside a salary of £30,000–£33,000

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Ability to develop new business and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Market candidates to clients and new businesses.
• Develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Network to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates on job boards and LinkedIn; advertise roles.
• Screen and interview candidates, both remotely and on-site.
• Visit client sites, register candidates and conduct interviews.
• Maintain CRM records and update candidate statuses.
