Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd in London is seeking a driven 360 recruitment consultant to join our specialist divisions such as Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Local Government.

You will build client and candidate relationships, source and screen talent, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment while aligning with our core values of collaboration, transparency and growth.

• Join as a 360 recruitment consultant within a specialist division (HR, Finance & Procurement, Legal, etc.).
• Develop relationships with clients across organisations via calls, email, LinkedIn, and visits.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates, advising clients and candidates.
• Multi-task in a KPI-driven, deadline-focused workplace.

What will you do?

• You will join us as a 360 recruitment consultant in one of our specialist division’s; Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Local Government and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
• You will develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
• You will source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
• You will multi-task and prioritise workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
• You will work alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect’.
