Job summary

Hanson Regan Ltd, a Bromley-based SAP & IT recruitment consultancy, is seeking an energetic recruiter to drive placements from brief to start date. You’ll headhunt SAP and IT talent, build a trusted contractor network and manage the full delivery cycle with enthusiasm.

You’ll negotiate terms, cultivate strong candidate relationships and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while upholding the company’s values of Team, Delivery and Truth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years’ recruitment experience, ideally IT or ERP, with a strong delivery recruitment background.
• A track record of delivering placements against target, with strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Solid knowledge of contract markets: day rates, IR35 and vendor management systems.
• Confident communication skills on the phone and in person.
• An inherent drive for delivering and constantly improving.
• A consultative style, high energy and a positive outlook.
• A commitment to our values: Team, Delivery and Truth.
