About the Role:
Are you a motivated and driven recruitment professional with at least 2 years of experience? We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our clients team in Billericay, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take control of their earning potential with uncapped commission.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement. You’ll work across a variety of industries, providing tailored recruitment solutions and building long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Management: Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to develop a consistent pipeline of business.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with both clients and candidates, ensuring excellent service delivery at every stage of the recruitment process.
• Consultative Selling: Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to position yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Handle job postings, applications, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
• Achieving Targets: Work towards agreed KPIs and revenue targets, consistently exceeding expectations to maximise earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a 360 recruitment consultant role, with a proven track record of billing and meeting targets.
• Sales Skills: Strong business development and account management skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to client and candidate interaction.
• Organisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ambition: A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and earning substantial rewards.
• Knowledge of Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable.
