Job summary

Panda is seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Driver for the Honey Pot Lane Composting Site, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The role involves operating a 360 excavator safely to support the movement and processing of compost materials on site.

The ideal candidate will have a valid 360 Excavator qualification, strong health and safety awareness, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team. Experience in waste management or composting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid 360 Excavator Operator qualification or competency card.
• Experience operating a 360 excavator.
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience within waste management, recycling or composting would be beneficial but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 360 excavator within a busy composting environment
• Load, move and manage composting materials
• Carry out daily machinery checks and report any defects
• Maintain a clean and safe working area
• Follow all site procedures and health and safety requirements
• Support the wider site team when required
