Job summary

ebm-papst is seeking a Detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to lead our warehouse team in Telford, UK. You will oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensure 100% inventory accuracy, and coordinate with procurement and cycle counting teams.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with 1–2 years in supervision and strong experience with WMS, SAP/ERP, and RF scanning. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, a 2nd shift schedule (3:30pm–12:00am),

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, logistics or distribution.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with WMS, SAP/ERP systems and RF scanning workflows.
• Strong communication and math skills; ability to resolve variances.
• Forklift certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and schedule warehouse staff to ensure safe, accurate operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and ensure PO accuracy and carrier schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with the warehouse tracking system and cycle counts.
• Verify documents (BOLs, packing slips) and ensure data integrity in digital systems.
• Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a clean, organized warehouse using 5S.
