A leading company is seeking a 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer in Basingstoke. Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer
Location: Basingstoke (Travel to customer site required)
Working Pattern: Shift Working (0700 – 1500 or 1100 – 1900)
We are seeking a 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer to join our team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders, and utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. Monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation are critical components of this role.
