Key Job Responsibilities
  • Providing senior technical support to education sector customers
  • Ensuring continuity, efficiency, and enhancement of ICT networks
  • Managing and maintaining client network environments
  • Building key relationships with technical contacts at client sites and third parties
Key Skills
  • Qualifications such as MCSA, AZs, & ITIL are highly beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, 10 & 11
  • Demonstrable experience with Azure & Intune
  • Excellent PC problem-solving skills
  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain various Windows Server OS
  • Active Directory setup and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of virtualization concepts
  • Good understanding of networking, TCP/IP, and subnetting
  • Experience with backup products, including VM-level solutions
  • Knowledge of deployment solutions such as WDS, MDT, and SCCM
  • Understanding of managed wireless solutions, including 802.1X security and guest/BYOD networks
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android) and their integration with Windows networks
  • Experience with Office 365, Exchange 365, and Papercut
  • Familiarity with web filtering products (LGFL, Smoothwall, Sonicwall, Websense)
  • Experience with Sophos Enterprise Console and other antivirus systems
  • Previous experience in the education sector or MSPs is advantageous
  • Professional and customer service-oriented mindset
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
