We're on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fast-paced, client-focused IT Solutions & Managed Service Provider (MSP). You'll be the go-to person for technical issues, working across a variety of environments to keep systems running smoothly and clients happy.
In this role, you'll support a broad range of SME customers, providing remote and occasional on-site support across desktop, server, networking, and cloud platforms. Every day presents new challenges - from troubleshooting complex issues to assisting with project rollouts and system upgrades.
You'll need a solid foundation in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, M), networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, firewalls), and experience in a customer-facing role where communication is key.

Salary in the region £30-40K depending on experience
