Cabot Financial is seeking a Desktop Engineer to join IT Operations in Kings Hill. You'll deliver 2nd-line desktop support, manage devices via Intune/Endpoint Manager, and help move to a modern, service-centric workplace.

Qualifikationen

2nd-line desktop/EUC support across multi-site environments.
Strong troubleshooting across laptops, desktops and mobility devices.
Solid networking fundamentals and remote connectivity basics.
Experience with modern device management and endpoint security.
Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Intune/Endpoint Manager, AD/Azure AD.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
Comfort supporting VIP users during high-priority issues.
